How to engage DC&A

• Call us or send an e-mail to break the ice.
If you send an e-mail, please write a sentence or two describing your situation and suggest a time when we can call you.


• Exploratory phone call.
Typically we spend from half an hour to two hours, depending on the scope and complexity of your situation. Use this time to evaluate what we know and get comfortable with our style.


• Proposal
Depending upon your project, we may send a proposal within a day or two. For more comprehensive engagements, we may ask to visit you for a day meeting to define a project plan.

All our project plans include a firm timetable with specific, measurable milestones.


• Launch
A comprehensive project may include a Kickoff day for key participants, to help them define and understand their roles and commitment needed from the executive and his or her employees.
